There are options in the quizs that require great effort from the Virtual Classroom Servers. For example, the beginning of an examination and its delivery are delicate.
These recommendations are to avoid incidents during the completion of a quiz.

For random quizs, randomness of questions and shuffling of answers keep in mind that the server loads a lot. We recommend that you avoid rush hours if there are to be some of these types of quiz.

Temporalization

• Exam availability must be longer than the exam duration.
• The value of the field "When the time is up" is recommended to set it to "There is a grace period to send the quiz, but not to answer".
• Choose a large "Grace Period to Submit quiz". For example5 minutes.
• The AVAILABILITY TIME of the exam (QUIZ START TIME and QUIZ CLOSING TIME) MUST BE GREATER THAN THE EXAM DURATION (TIME LIMIT).
  • EXAMPLE:
    • QUIZ start time> 17:00.
    • End time of the QUIZ> 18:00.
    • TIME LIMIT> 40 minutes.

• It is convenient to page the quizs with 5 questions on each page.

• START AND END OF THE SCALED QUIZ. If you have several groups of students (50 students, for example in several groups A, B and C). Try not to start at the same time in all three groups. For example it would be convenient to space them at least 5 minutes. 9:00, 9:05, 9:10.
• Navigation Method > Free.
• Tell the student not to open multiple browser tabs or windows. THE STUDENT MAY LOSE THE ANSWERS.

POINT HOURS

• The quizs to be developed should not be accumulated at peak connection times (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), but distributed throughout the day.
• Do not plan exams at night hours from 0:00 to 7:00 for possible maintenance and backup of the systems.

IN CASE OF INCIDENCE IN SOME STUDENT

It is possible to establish "User Exceptions" and increase the time of the quiz for the student, add an attempt, change the date to do the quiz.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO STUDENTS

• Mobile devices with Android and iOS kill sessions by power configuration. So we RECOMMEND A COMPUTER.
• Enter the Virtual Classroom before the exam. If you are working with the Virtual Classroom for a long time, we recommend that the student log out, restart the browser and enter the Virtual Classroom again to solve the quiz minutes before starting the test.
• Do not open multiple tabs of your browser or multiple browsers with the quiz. YOU CAN LOSE THE ANSWERS.
• At the end, log out and the browser.
• VERY IMPORTANT, The student is strongly recommended to complete questions during the time of the quiz and DO NOT WAIT FOR THE LAST MINUTES.
• In case of incident the student will contact the teacher.
