If for some reason when accessing to view the Virtual Card it indicates that "no active card is available" and nothing else is indicated, this means that there is not yet a registered Virtual Card request in the system. It is in these cases when you should contact the secretariat of your center.

If it also shows that :

  • "You have a card request in status: Pending photo".

If you do not have any photos already uploaded to the system, but you have a card request, you will have to proceed to upload it from the virtual secretary and the next day, if everything went well, you should already be able to view your Virtual Card.

If you already had the photo uploaded to the system, and it has been uploaded for more than 24 years, contact the User Service Center or its secretariat.

  • “You have a card request in status: Personal data or incorrect address data”.

This error is due, as indicated in the message, to the fact that there is an error in the personal data entered, such as (town of birth, address, postal code, surname, name...). In these cases you have to contact the secretary of the center to correct the error. Once corrected, the following business day, if there are no more errors in the data, the Virtual Card can be viewed.
