If you wish to cancel an application, please follow the steps below:
1. Create a text document (a .doc or a .txt, for example) and indicate what has happened to it, as it has done with us.
2. Access your personal site.
3. Find the request that you want to cancel and display the option "Actions" of the same line.
4. Select "Append".
5. Attach the text document created in point 1.
6. In the field of observations, explain that you wish to desist.
7. Send.
