(EN) How can foreign users of the University of Valencia to be registered??

Instruccions

  • External users:

Sometimes, teachers want to enroll external users in a course or community in the Virtual classroom. It is necessary first to create an account associated with the email provided by the new user.

External user is considered to be those email accounts that are not the official ones in the Universitat de València (example: gmail, Hotmail, other universities accounts). For security reasons, it's the manager's responsibility to request the identification (See the External Account Creation Policy) of the new user.

Once the account has been created and confirmed, the user will be able to access it with the password sent by the account creator. If the user cannot access, he can recover the password, from the following link: https://aulavirtual.uv.es/login/forgot_password.php

For authenticacion as "External User", the provided external email account must be used.


  • University users:

Users with an account like *UV.es (http://alumni.uv.es, uv.es o ext.uv.es or any other account within uv.es domain) can authenticate themselves in "Aula Virtual" to create their account automatically.

For authentication as "University User" user names must be used. Do not use email accounts.

If you want to recover your password from the official account you can use the website https://cuentas.uv.es or contact the user help desk service (CAU) through https://solicitudes.uv.es


Who can register ?:

Any PAS or PDI that is managing a course. From the external account link.

On time you have registered in the Virtual Classroom platform and have been added to a course or community, you can log in from the page: https://aulavirtual.uv.es and choose it from the "Mis cursos" list.
