1. Who can have a Blog?

Any user of the Universitat de València can have a blog associated with their account. Both staff (PAS and PDI) and students can have their blog space and manage it, with the commitment to include academic or personal content.

They can also have a blog users who belong to work groups in disco.uv.es , this being a blog managed by the users of the group. See the section "Group Blogs".
