(EN) HOW CAN I RECOVER AN EMAIL?

You can recover messages that have been deleted in the last 10 days yourself, without having to resort to requesting a recovery from the backup copy. To do this, you have to go to https://cuentas.uv.es and click on the option 'Manage your accounts'

Then select 'Recover deleted messages or mailboxes'

And choose the mailbox to recover and click on the button "See deleted messages" that will show you the messages that can be recovered.

For emails deleted before those 10 days, you can request an email recovery through https://solicitudes.uv.es with a date prior to their loss.

In the latter case, keep in mind that there will be no copy of the emails that have been received and deleted on the same day (as there has not been time to make a backup copy on the server).

Another option, if the emails have been downloaded in a mail client on a device, is to re-upload the emails with the help of an IMAP account.
