Re-enter it. Please note that it is case sensitive.

Identifier is incorrect. Make sure that document and document type match those in your application.

To issue you credentials, the UV must ensure that you have an active admission. To do so, the identifier you used during the admission process is required. Some individuals have obtained a NIE after applying for admission with their passport. You must use the same identifier you used for the admission process. Later, you will have the opportunity to go to your faculty or school to update your identity with your new document.

Type of identifier is incorrect.

All identifiers have validation rules, so you must ensure that you are entering the identifier and type correctly.

The user already has an admission, so no temporary credentials are required. To access the credential generation process, you must go to Credencials(see help)

You have entered an M95 identifier with the wrong identifier type

If the identifier is an M95, you must select type M95

Temporary credentials do not support M95 identifier type

If you have an M95, this means that you already exist in the UV system.

For temporary credentials, the accepted types are Passport, NIF or NIE.

A PASSPORT document type has been specified for a NIF/NIE/M95 document type.

Write the identifier correctly. An M95 starts with M95, followed by 5 digits and ending with either a letter or a number.

Check the type of document indicated as it is not a valid NIF.

Enter the identifier number correctly. A NIF consists of 8 numerical digits followed by a control letter that must comply with a predetermined algorithm.

All of these errors occur when there is already a record of your identity in the UV system, most likely because you have previously carried out some procedure with the UV.

However, there is some kind of inconsistency that, unfortunately, cannot be resolved automatically. You must report the issue so that UV staff can resolve it.
