(EN) I am PAS/PDI and the new card does not work for me.
If when a new card is received from the UV, due to renewal, the UV accesses do not work and they did work on the previous card. Make sure that the new card has been activated in the Virtual Secretary.
Click the Activate Button.
Once this is done, if you continue to have problems, you should contact th respective Campus Unit.
