All the content deposited in the Web and Virtual Disk Spaces are periodically copied on a different support than the work one. This offers security in two senses: in front of unintentional modifications by mistake of the user, and in the event of a disaster in the Calculation Center itself.

Periodicity in the copies and their expiration:

• Daily : All working days (Monday-Friday) at night. The daily copy expires after three weeks.
• Week : All weekends. The weekly copy expires a year.

Functioning:

• Not all the modifications made in these spaces are reversible. We can only return to a previous situation of a file, if this file has been copied.
• For a file to be copied, you do NOT have to request it. The only thing necessary is that this file is present at the time when the copies are made, since you are not copying files 24 hours, only in the moments that have been indicated.
• The copies expire, after which the copies are deleted. This space is recycled to copy new files.
• The daily and weekend copies are independent: after three weeks we can only recover a file that has remained in one of the spaces during the weekend, since all the daily copies have expired.
• To execute the restoration, it will be necessary to make a request in the User Assistance Center .
