When a computer does not work and has verified that it has an electrical power supply, it has all the cables properly connected and it is not switched off or at rest, it must have an assistance section (https://solicitudes.uv.es) so that the CAU checks the problem and refer you to the technical service or escalate the problem to be taken care of by the classroom team.
