Solutions to messages and Error codes 

Error

A registration request was not found for the entered data (5515).

Solution

Check that the data you have entered is correct and that no mandatory data is missing. 
Keep in mind that the NIF is an identification document for Spanish citizens, the rest should normally use the other documents option. 
The date of birth must meet the format of day and month with two figures, and year with four figures, separated by slashes (dd / mm / yyyy). 
Contact your Center if after checking the data, the error persists.


Error

No active degree programs have been found.

Solution

The centers must activate the degrees so that students can register. If this error is displayed, contact your Center and check the configuration parameters.


Error

Incorrect postal address (5537)

Solution

The UV asks you to fill in two email addresses. One usual and another during the course. In many cases it can match. Stop it has some buttons that copy from one to another (>> or <<) 
Note that you have a "radio buton" to choose which of the two addresses you want to receive notifications. Due to postal restrictions, and to guarantee that the card, among other documents, can reach its destination, a series of rules are established on allowed and not allowed characters in the chosen address to receive the mail. 
When this message appears, it is because there is some character that is not allowed in the address set as the recipient. 

If your address has problems, enter the address of your Center and contact them to receive the card.


Error

The entity does not exist or is not registered as Active (6275).

Solution

The bank entity that you have entered is not registered in the UV. Only administrative personnel can register them in our systems, so you should contact your Center to solve the problem. 

However, if due to time constraints or not being able to contact your Center, you can change the payment method to card or cash and continue with the auto registration. 

Remember that the payment does not occur at the time of registration, so you have time to modify it by going to your Center, of course, before the receipts are collected.

Solution

This error occurs when the same data is being modified at the same time by more than one process. The most usual thing is that you have more than one tab open in the browser, or you are working with two browsers at the same time. Close the browsers and start over with just one and a single tab.

Solution

Contact your Center, as it seems to have a double identity, the result of another contact with the UV, which needs to be resolved before you can self-enroll.

Incorrect NIF (7401)

Solution

The NIF or NIE format is not correct. 
The official formats are 9 digits and control letter for the NIF. 
A letter at the beginning (X, Y or Z) followed by 7 digits and a control letter for the NIE. 
For any other type of document you must code it in the Other documents section in the User Validation. *


Error

The USER does not exist (772)

Solution

The user who has entered is not registered as a user of the Universitat de València.


Error

With this type of tuition class you can not postpone the payment.

Solution

It is only possible to defer payment in certain types of exemption. For example, it is not possible to postpone the payment with a scholarship exemption.

The account must be filled out. (6262)

Solution

It is mandatory to put a bank account in the form of payment.
