(EN) Precautions before attaching content to the Virtual Classroom

Note: Before attaching a material to your students, bear in mind that:

1. Materials such as articles in scientific journals, book chapters, graphics, videos, photographs, etc. they are subject to the legislation on intellectual property. Its use obliges the Universitat de València to comply with the regulation and to pay, if applicable, the corresponding rights. These rights also affect the complete reproduction of press articles and, in particular, the so-called press-clipping practices
2. You are informed that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Law regarding the materials that are incorporated into the virtual classroom.
3. Before uploading a work published by an editor, I check the publisher's policy on this topic. You can check:

4. If you want to use materials that are of the same size, share with your students a direct link or check the seues condicions d'ús. For more information visit the nostra page on «Ús correcte de materials didàctics en l'aula virtual».
