(EN) How to upload my student photo for the FIRST TIME at the UV?

Once registration at UV is completed, the photo associated with the user can be uploaded.

To upload the photo on the same day that the registration has been made, it is necessary to access Upload photo..

If you want to upload the photo once at least 24 hours have passed after registration, it is necessary to access the Virtual Secretary, and within the virtual secretary student menu select the Upload Photo option.

 

Once inside you have to press the "select file" button and search for the photograph you want to use.

This photograph must be:

File type: JPG

Dimensions : 212 pixels wide and 264 pixels high.

When the file to upload has been selected, a box will open in which the selected image will be centered, enlarging or reducing it as desired. Finally, press the “Apply” button. This image contained in the box will be used as a user photograph at the University of Valencia.

 

This functionality is only available for students of the University of Valencia.

You can only use this functionality once, as long as you do not already have an assigned photograph.

Its function is to allow the student to upload their first profile photograph to the UV, once they have assigned a photograph if they wish to modify it, they must contact the secretary of the center in which they are enrolled, so that the staff of the proceed to modify it.
