This happens because it is detected that there is a photograph already uploaded to the UV, either at the time of registration, or because at some point a university card was held at the UV and a photo was taken of it, or because it was already uploaded. a photo from the virtual secretary.

In the latter case, when a photo is uploaded to the virtual secretary for the first time, it may take a while for it to display, you need to give a few minutes for the photo to display correctly, or close the browser and reopen it to clean its cache.

In any of the other cases, there is a photograph uploaded but it is not displayed in the virtual secretary, you must access the General / Browse my photograph menu.

With this, the photograph that exists in other UV applications will be obtained and will be linked to the Virtual Secretariat. You have to give a few minutes for the photo to display correctly or close the browser and reopen it to clear its cache.
